Since quality is very important to us, our eggplant cream is from regional Spanish small farmers who use only the freshest products from their own farm to produce it. It is made in a water bath and without colorants or preservatives.
This deliciously thick and fine eggplant cream is wonderful as a spread on bread or as a dip for vegetables, chips or other treats. The cream can be further refined with a little high-quality olive oil and some salt and pepper, depending on your taste. Moreover, it tastes so uniquely good that you can also use it to enrich a risotto or pasta, for example. There are no limits for culinary adventurers!
