Gluten-free casarecce from Italy
You love pasta but suffer from a gluten intolerance? No problem! For the Casarecce from Italy, no gluten-containing products are used, only corn and rice flour. Since taste and quality are most important to us, our select pasta is handmade and produced exclusively in Italy – the land of pasta & pizza.
The pasta has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production and should be stored in a cool, dry place between 10 and 20°C after opening.
Preparation
Bring plenty of water to the boil, add salt and cook the pasta in it for 6-9 minutes until lightly bubbling.
Our pasta recommendation
We find our pasta especially delicious in combination with our artichoke cream. Simply use the artichoke cream as a pesto and in combination with your favourite vegetables the whole thing makes a delicious and culinary adventure.
