Biscuits without refined sugar
When baking our biscuits, we do not use refined sugar, but unrefined coconut blossom sugar. Coconut blossom sugar, which is made from 100% coconut blossom nectar, contains sixteen important amino acids. These amino acids are important for the human metabolism and ensure the basic supply for a healthy and intact organism. Amino acids are responsible for building and maintaining all bodily functions. Apart from amino acids, coconut blossom sugar is also rich in minerals such as zinc, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and more. Minerals are indispensable for the body. However, they are not produced by the human body itself and must therefore be provided through food intake. It is also much tastier due to its fine caramel flavour. It contains much more acid, which causes tooth decay and can lead to general hyperacidity.
