White almond butter
Our brown almond butter is clearly more aromatic and tastes nuttier than our extremely fine white almond butter with its slightly sweet flavour. It consists of 100% sweet almonds, without additives and is therefore a pure pleasure for everyone. It is characterised by its extremely fine, mild taste, which is why it is so versatile. Whether for refining light sauces, desserts, pastries or simply as a spread. Our white almond paste is also very popular in vegan cuisine because, like cashews, it is an ideal cream substitute. Since we only use blanched nuts and do not use any additives, the oil from the nuts settles on the surface. This is not a sign of poor quality, but quite normal. Simply stir the puree vigorously to make it creamy again.
