Organic Rose Petals
Mostly dried rose petals are used as decoration. In Persian cuisine, people like to cook a lot with rose petals. They refine rice dishes with their light aromas. The rose petals can also be used perfectly with couscous and in combination with the Ras el Hanout spice. We like to add a few flower petals as a decoration over salads, bowls, porridge, pastries, smoothies, soy yoghurt or drinks.
