Dried mint
The dried mint leaves have a very fresh and spicy taste. In Arab cuisine, mint is often found in couscous or tabbouleh salads and we prefer to drink it as a pleasant tea.
Salad dressings, yogurt dips and meat dishes can be wonderfully seasoned with the mildly sweet aromas of mint. A combination that must also be tested: zucchini and mint!
