Mung bean halves peeled organic
The mung beans are cleaned, peeled, halved and packaged after harvest. They are popular in Ayurvedic cuisine for dal, curries, soups and combined with rice and vegetables.
Briefly rinse the beans under water. Boil 1 cup of beans with 2.5 cups of water and simmer for about 12-15 minutes. Do not add salt until the end of the cooking time.
