How does freeze-drying work?
Freeze-drying is a particularly gentle preservation process. Our fruits are frozen directly after harvesting and then filled into a vacuum container. The resulting negative pressure causes the water to escape in the form of water vapour at sub-zero temperatures. The special thing about this process is that the intensive aroma, the natural colour and the high content of natural ingredients – including all vitamins – remain almost unchanged. And all this without adding any additives.

The whole pieces of freeze-dried fruit are great as a snack, but like the freeze-dried powder, they can also be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen. For example, in
