Parsley is basically one of the most popular herbal spices in Germany. Whether in hearty soups, in fresh salads or in hearty dishes – parsley is a very versatile spice. This can be attributed to its flavour, which has a mild spiciness and combines sweet and pungent tastes.
A little information about dried parsley:
Although it can generally be cooked, the aroma and vitamins are partially lost. Therefore, you only get the full flavour if the spice is mixed in at the end of the cooking process.
